Julie's approach is rooted in the belief that massage should treat the whole person. With a background working and studying across disciplines, such as osteopathy and physical therapy, Julie is skilled in therapeutic techniques that address everything from chronic pain to everyday stress.
Julie has taken extensive coursework after her 2015 certification. Her concentrated studies have been in the areas of myoskeletal alignment, myofascial release, structural integration and osteo-thai bodywork.
Julie became a certified yoga teacher in 2015, studying with Shy Sayar, a yoga therapist, in Thailand. She also completed her 500-hour advanced certification with Circle Yoga Shala (2018) and has studied Restorative Yoga practice with Judith Hanson Lasater. Her passion is alignment-based functional movement — and the role of the nervous system for a healthy body.
Meredith is a compassionate massage therapist with a dedication to holistic healing and strong intuition in regard to the discipline of the human body. With genuine care, Meredith offers her clients relief from pain and tension, as well as a chance to relax and unwind from life's stresses.
Meredith earned her massage therapy certification through Columbus State Community College. Her focused modality training is trigger point therapy, and her experience includes addressing a myriad of issues and concerns for her clients.
