Your session is customized and may range from gentle to progressively deeper, sustained pressure. We incorporate a variety of techniques for relaxation and to release tissue restrictions, eliminate stress, and restore well-being.
Try a session on a padded floor mat, with fresh linens. Bolsters and pillows are used to facilitate compression and stretching. This work is done fully clothed; no oils are used. Wear loose, comfortable pants to your visit, please.
Enjoy the benefits of lower body stretching on the mat, followed by an upper body massage on the table.

If you have a prescription for massage therapy from your healthcare provider, massage is tax-free in the State of Ohio. Please present at time of appointment, and we will make that cost adjustment.
